Insert Molding

Insert molded components are commonly used in connectors, electrical devices. Over these years, we have spent significant amount of time in making mold and solving prodblems for insert molding.

Due to industrial needs, tolerance for the overall part is often placed in a relatively high priority.

On the top of that, according to our experience, metal insert, which is placed in the mold before molding, requires a even high tolerance for the area directly contacting metal insert.
